WHAT IS "BOOST"?

"Boost" is a 3 month business coaching program for corporate leaders and healthcare teams based on 20 years experience and the insights from more than 500 healthcare teams coached including ROCHE, MSD or PFIZER.

It allows them to increase their success rates for partnership, funding and first paying customer acquisition in a minimum of time.


For this, we use a unique approach.
We implement the key methods where they have the greatest impact..
We mix Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Creativity boosts, Scrum, Agile coaching, and Startups mindset in your coaching, unleashing creativity and making complexity simple.

WHICH SPECIFIC RESULTS CAN I EXPECT WITH THE "BOOST" PROGRAM?

Over the course of this 3 month program you will:

Design a compelling value propositions and a strong business model strategy that will increase the chance of getting funding.


Set up an efficient, focus and simple organization of your team’s activities so that they will have similar frameworks foster a common language.

Grow the mindset of intrapreneurship and agility capabilities, embedding the right soft skills and behaviours.

Increase your success rates of implementation and ensure you develop offers that your customers will want to use and pay.





WHAT IS INSIDE THE "BOOST" PROGRAM?

Dedicated to you and your teams, our 3-month program include initially an access to our virtual coaching platform "The Academy", providing a single user-friendly source of:


7 Modules including 26 tutorial videos to create a strong business model strategy and an ecosystem mapping.
This way, you will know what are your customers needs to pitch your offert so your vision is clearer.

16 tools and canvases designed by Bambooster to overcome the complexity of the healthcare system (3C Business model, Unique selling proposition, ecosystem mapping….).
Thanks to these tools and canvases, you will identify your main business risks (desirability, feasibility and viability) and design experimentations and prototypes to collect evidence.

26 checklists combined with examples for concrete actions to know exactly where to focus your time and resources ultimately increasing your speed exploration.
By focusing on this, you will also clarify roles and set up your start operating system "SOS" (process, tools…) and the right partnerships.


At the end of this program, you will increase the quality of your market offers and business model as well as reduce the time between technology or ideas discovery and significant investments and first paying customers.



Furthermore, during these 3 months program, your teams will benefit from 7 online coaching sessions lasting 1h30 each, with Aurélie Moser, the founder of Bambooster, to answer all of their questions.

Your project lead will also benefit from 4 online coaching sessions lasting 30 minutes each.

And if you have other questions, Aurélie will answer them via our offline Q&A.


Thanks to these coaching sessions, you, your teams and your project lead will know how to:

Set up digital work spaces
to plan experimentation, track progress, capture evidences (eg Trello, MSTeam Planer…) leveraging your organization IT environment.

Pitch your homework to an external expert.

Fuel your creativity with example of Business models and testing in healthcare or digital health.

Hello hello, I'm Aurélie Moser, founder of Bambooster!


I enable team and organization leaders in healthcare to reduce the time between technology or ideas discovery and significant investments by bringing creativity and disciplined methods with a contagious energy and smile, deep expertise in commercial strategy and healthcare innovations, and a team and system coaching approach.

I am passionate about connecting people, ideas, and ecosystems to innovate healthcare.
After 15 years in corporate access, pricing, commercial and innovation leadership roles, I founded Bambooster.
We help team to design products and services like bamboos are growing: Connected, Fast & Resilient, Innovative.

Our clients include corporate companies such as Roche Pharma, Pfizer, MSD, Roche Diagnostic, Biogen, Idiorsa as well as accelerators and startups in the life science field.

I am convinced that meetings don't have to be boring, that everyone can be creative and that collaboration and trust are key to any transformation.
This is why I am a long-time practitioner of Service Design, Design Thinking and Lean Startup, a Scrum Master, a certified trainer on Business Model Generation methodology, and a visual strategist.
I am also a passionate Organization and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC).


I support pre-seed and scale-up healthcare startups in accelerators and open innovation programs such as Dayone in digital health Basel (Switzerland), Impact Hub, Diabetes Center Berne (Switzerland), and I give lectures on entrepreneurship at FHNW at the University of Basel and Bern.

I am also an
Innosuisse expert, trainer for the open innovation managers and entrepreneurship.
